DESCRIPTION

If you enter an invalid path while using the NAMEADD command in the 
registry (nameadd registry\x1\x2), you receive the following message:

   "REG00061: Internal Error: Unexpected Return Code
    (0x00015406) for NameAddNode"

rather than an "invalid path" message.  

RESOLUTION

This is a limitation in the registry code. Retry the command with a 
valid path.
