DESCRIPTION

Installation of Extended Services 1.0 Database Manager failed.

RESOLUTION

The ESSTART.BAK file on the OS/2 2.1 Installation Diskette must be 
copied to the Extended Services 1.0 Installation Diskette and renamed 
to ESSTART.CMD:

1. Insert the OS/2 2.1 Installation Diskette in drive A.

2. Type COPY A:\ESSTART.BAK C:\ESSTART.CMD and press Enter.

3. Insert the Extended Services 1.0 Installation Diskette in drive A:.

4. Type COPY C:\ESSTART.CMD A:\ and press Enter.

5. Begin installing Extended Services.
