DESCRIPTION

On OS/2 Warp 4, if you select File, Tools, and then SmartIcons from the 
Lotus Notes 4.1 or 4.11 menu bar, the SmartIcons window does not appear,
and the mouse buttons no longer function.

RESOLUTION

Press Esc or Enter to return to the Lotus Notes Workspace.

Note: Contact Lotus Development Corporation for the latest maintenance 
      update for Lotus Notes.
