DESCRIPTION

When a file is saved to an HPFS LAN drive with Lotus 123 for OS/2, the 
time and date stamp does not get updated; however, if the file is 
saved to a local HPFS drive, the time and date stamp does get updated.

RESOLUTION

1. Change to the IBMLAN subdirectory.
2. Type E IBMLAN.INI and press Enter.
3. Change bit 32 of the WRKHEURISTIC statement to 0.
4. Save and exit the file.

Saving a file to an HPFS LAN drive should now update the time and date 
stamp. If not, check the date of the NETWKSTA.200 file. If it is 
earlier than 12/14/92, contact LAN Support at 800-992-4777.
