DESCRIPTION

DOCKMGR.EXE does not run on a ThinkPad 760ED because the planar id is 
18. A message box states "Dock Manager will not support the system."

RESOLUTION

The IBM PC Company is changing all of its production versions of the 
ThinkPad 760 to a planar id of 18h. This includes the E, ED, EL, ELD, 
X, and XD models. There is a workaround:

When Dock Manager displays the panel saying that it will not support 
the system, it is actually loaded and running. Ignore the message box 
and press the OK button, leaving the error box where it is. Dock 
Manager should be working.
