DESCRIPTION

Starting Encarta in VGA mode with the Diamond Viper adapter installed 
causes video corruption.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft Encarta does not work in VGA mode with the Viper video 
adapter. Obtain the latest version of the Viper drivers from Diamond; 
then follow their instructions for installing SVGA. Encarta then should 
work.

Note:  The OS/2 Support Center does not support the Viper drivers.
       Diamond provides the support.
