     Print Problems with Canon BJ-xxx and Windows Applications in
                       OS/2 2.1 and OS/2 2.11

DESCRIPTION

The Canon BJ-xxx printer prints only 11 inches of text before ejecting 
the paper and continuing on the next sheet. This happens even when the 
length of the form is set to more than 11 inches.

Canon is aware that the BJ-xxx drivers are causing problems with the 
User-Defined Form option in certain Windows applications.

RESOLUTION

Substitute the BJ-xxx driver with the BJ-130E driver:

1. Open OS/2 System.
2. Open Command Prompts.
3. Select WIN-OS/2 Full Screen.
4. Select WIN-OS/2 Main.
5. Select Control Panel.
6. Select Printers.
7. Select Install.
8. Ensure that IBMNULL is selected as the printer driver for the Canon
   BJ-xxx printer icon on the Desktop.
