               AT&T WorldNet Will Not Run under WIN-OS/2

DESCRIPTION

After what appears to be a successful installation of AT&T WorldNet, 
when you attempt to connect to AT&T WorldNet Services you get the 
following error:

      DIALER.EXE IS NOT LOADED, or
      DIAL-IN DRIVER IS NOT LOADED

RESOLUTION

AT&T does not support WorldNet running under WIN-OS/2.  The following 
two Virtual Device Driver (VxD) statements are loaded in the SYSTEM.INI 
file under the [386Enh] header:

x:\WORLDNET\SYSTEM\VTCPRAC.386  
x:\WORLDNET\SYSTEM\DIAL.386.

OS/2 does not support the use of VxDs; therefore, this application will 
not run under any version of OS/2.
