For GENOA Models - 8500, 8500VL, 8500VL TURBO, 8600VLIO, 8600VLA

Available OS/2 2.1 driver resolutions:        640x480 256 colors
                                              800x600 256 colors
                                             1024x768 256 colors

1. Download the file "85OS2B21.EXE" from Genoa BBS.

2. Invoke a DOS window session or a DOS full screen session under OS/2 2.1.

3. Change to the root directory on your drive C: by  Typing "CD\" <return>

(Note: You must be in the root directory for the drivers to install correctly)

4. Run "85OS2B21.EXE" from the root directory. 

Example: If the file is located in your c:\temp directory you would enter:
                     " \TEMP\85OS2B21" <return>

The files will self extract into a directory called "DISP_1" off the root dir.

5. Change to the directory "\DISP_1" which was just created and refer a file 
   call "CLINST21.TXT" for installation information.


NOTE:
     85OS2B21.EXE are beta drivers and are for beta testing only. Your taking
     your own risk by using these drivers. Genoa is NOT reliable for any data 
     loss due to these drivers.
