NOTES, KNOWN PROBLEMS, AND LIMITATIONS ----------------------------------------- Upon installation of this driver with both of the cables for the IBM T221 monitor connected to the Quadro4 900XGL, the driver defaults to NView Clone mode which causes the Windows desktop to appear twice on the screen of the T221. This problem can be resolved by accessing the NVIEW tab in the advanced display properties and selecting either standard mode or spanning mode. When using the Quadro4 900XGL with the IBM T221 monitor and the v28.56 driver, restarting the system will sometimes result in the desktop not being scaled to fill the entire screen of the T221 monitor. This problem can be resolved by reselecting the desired display mode. When using the Quadro4 900XGL with the IBM T221 monitor and the v28.56 driver, the mouse pointer will sometimes disappear for an instant as it comes withtin approximately 4cm of the bottm of the IBM T221 display. The display modes, '1280x480', '1600x600', and '2048x768', are listed in the display properties while in NView horizontal spanning mode, but are not supported by the IBM T221. Switching the command prompt from a window to full screen can take several seconds When using the Quadro4 900XGL with the IBM T221 monitor and the v28.56 driver. Upon entering hibernate mode portions of two 'Entering Hibernate' message windows are displayed, When using the Quadro4 900XGL with the IBM T221 monitor and the v28.56 driver. 6.
