What This Package Does

Installation Guide
------------------
 1. Start Windows. If using Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP,
    logon with administrative privileges.
 2. Extract this package onto the hard drive.
 3. Click Start, then click Run...
 4. Type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\AMSG\SETUP.EXE, and click OK.
 5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Silent Installation Guide (for Unattended Installation support)
---------------------------------------------------------------
Note:
 This is for system administrators' use only.

 When you type C:\DRIVERS\WIN\AMSG\SETUP.EXE in the above installation 
 guide, add '/s /w /v"/qn"' parameter to SETUP.
 (You need to type 'C:\DRIVERS\WIN\AMSG\SETUP.EXE /s /w /v"/qn"' in 
 'Run...'. )

Uninstall instructions
---------------------------------------------------------------
 1. Start Windows. If using Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP,
    logon with administrative privileges.
 2. In Windows XP, click Start and click Control Panel.
    In Windowns 2000, click Start, point to Settings, and click Control 
    Panel.
 3. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
 4. Unistall Access IBM Message Center.
    If you find the Access IBM Message Center menu item:
      - Select Access IBM Message Center and click the Remove button
    If you find the Access IBM Tools menu item:
      - Select Access IBM Tools and click the Remove button,
      - Select Access IBM Message Center, click the Change/Remove button,
        then follow the instructions on the screen
 5. Restart the system.

HOW TO DETERMINE WHAT VERSION IS INSTALLED:

 1. Open Control Panel
 2. Double-click the Add or Remove Program icon.
 3. Select Access IBM Message Center.
 4. Click the Click here for support information link. You will see the
    version information on the screen.
