Readme

This package installs an Intel(R) INF driver on your IBM(R) 
Aptiva(R) system with the Intel(R) 810, 810E, 820, or 840 
chipset, the 430TX PCIset, the 440BX, 440DX, 440EX, 440GX, 
440LX, or 440ZX AGPset.

This update is intended for Aptiva(R) machine types 2193-xx,
2194-xx, 2196-xx, and 2197-xx, and NetVista machine types 
6266-xx, 6270-xx, and 6276-xx.This update takes approximately 
1 MB of space on your hard disk drive (C:).

Print this file so that you can refer to it during the 
installation.


Downloading the update
----------------------
1. Click the file link to download the file from the Web page.
2. When prompted, select a drive and directory in which to save
   the downloaded file.


Installing the update
---------------------

1.  Click Start, then click Find, and then click Files and folders.
2.  Type qi6z12us.exe in the search box, then click Find Now.
    This will locate the qi6z12us.exe file you just downloaded. 
3.  Double-click the icon for qi6z12us.exe. 
4.  Click Next.
5.  Click I Agree.
6.  Click Finish.
7.  Click Yes.
8.  Click OK. Follow the onscreen prompts and choose to reboot at 
    the end of installation. If you are running on a Windows 2000
    platform, stop the automatic installation and refer to
    C:\IBMTOOLS\Drivers\QI6Z12US\inf\Readme.txt for further 
    instructions.
