This kit is to be used with: PBSA firmware version 2900 or higher. PRODUCT INFORMATION - Product Name: Channel Drivers for Windows 2000 - Product Revision: 6.1.1 MINIMUM SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS - Microsoft Windows 2000 Server SOFTWARE INSTALLATION 1. When the New Hardware Found wizard comes up, insert the Channel Drivers for Window NT 2000 floppy disk or CD. 2. To install the NT Channel Drivers, answer the New Hardware wizard questions and specify either floppy disk or CD, depending on your media, as the driver source installation disk. SOFTWARE DE-INSTALLATION - Open the Computer Management window and under Devices un-install one or more PBxA adapter(s). Removal of the last PBxA adapter from the Devices list will force a thorough clean-up and require a system re-boot before any new PBxA adapters can be re-installed. GENERAL INFORMATION - For ESCON channel adapters, the ESCON configuration program can be invoked from either the Device Manager, CSNT, SNA Server, or TCPIP Direct Connect configuration screens. - For more information on how to configure an ESCON adapter please refer to the help files or the manual.
