The DMI code from this release supports Windows NT4.0 Active PCI Hotplug for all supported IBM Intel-based 10/100 and Gigabit Server Ethernet Adapters with IBM xSeries servers. 2.0 Change History ---------------------------- Version 6.2 o Combines 10/100 and Gigabit adapter DMI support 3.0 Installation and Setup Instructions ----------------------------------------- The Service Provider must be installed in order to use the Intel DMI Instrumentation. However, the Client instrumentation may be installed either before or after installing the Service Provider. To install the Intel Client Instrumentation (this is not order dependent): - Install the DMI Service Provider Agent v2.01 - Restart the system. Attempts may cause errors accessing the required DMI information.
