SYMPTOM:                                                                        
The IBM PC 360-S200 6598 system may exhibit a system hang                       
condition while attempting to Remote IPL (RIPL) to an OS/2                      
WARP server.                                                                    
                                                                                
PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:                                                         
Affected systems contain an Adaptec PCI SCSI adapter which                      
is standard on the PC 360-S200 6598 model Fxx system.                           
                                                                                
A RIPL operation to a DOS server works properly.                                
                                                                                
FIX:                                                                            
Engineering is currently investigating the cause of this                        
problem.  This tip will be updated with additional information                  
as it becomes available.
