 Abstract:  QUICKLINK II FOR DOS FAILS TO CONNECT, RETURNS ERRORS


 SYMPTOM:
 During, or after installing QuickLink II communications
 software for DOS, the following, or similar errors occur:

   System hangs, or returns loading errors.
   FAX Manager does not load.
   Auto detect does not function.
   Modem does not connect or no connection received.

 PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
 This tip applies to all models of Commercial Desktop and
 IntelliStation systems configured with Pentium II type
 processors.

 FIX:
 None available for QuickLink II for DOS.
 QuickLink II for DOS is not supported on Pentium II type
 processors.
