THIS IS INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTORS AND DEALERS ONLY AND SHOULD BE APPLIED BEFORE SHIPMENT TO A CUSTOMER. This ECA ONLY applies to United States, Latin America, Canada & Asian Pacific (North & south). PREREQUISITES: None. COMPANION: None. CONCURRENT: None. DETAIL: The following are the instructions for the replacement of the cushions: 1. Cut tape on top of carton and remove shipgroup. 2. Remove top polyurethane cushions (dark blue in color) and discard. 3. Remove and inspect CPU. (Damage to the bottom of the unit, bend on mount for rack machines and chassis deformed). 4. Remove bottom polyurethane cushions (dark blue in color) and discard. 5. Install one front (11L2113) and one rear (11L2114) cushion into bottom of carton. Note orientation marking on cushions. 6. Replace CPU into bottom cushions. 7. For Rack Models only, install insert pad 11L2118. Place one rear (11L2114) and one front (11L2113) cushion into carton. Note orientation marking on cushions. 8. For Tower models only, place one rear (11L2114) and one front (11L2113) cushion into carton. Note orientation marking on cushions. 9. Install shipgroup, close and tape carton.
