What is it
From the man page:
GNU dbm is a set of database routines that use extendible hashing and
works similar to the standard UNIX dbm routines.
A lot of the packages in this archive have been configured to use it,
plus it is a useful tool for your own purposes.

Solaris Issues
Whilst there might not be specific O.S. dependancies, I have still provided
packages for all available operating systems. However if your architecture and
Solaris release isn't available, simply choose the earlier Solaris release.
