CPCEMU Patch for Fast Systems

If you have a very fast system you may have noticed that the realtime mode is much too fast.

This is because CPCEMU uses a time calibration value ranging from 0 to 200, with 200 as limit for maximum slowdown.
(Hint: During emulation press F11 and then F4 to see the actual calibration value.)

On very fast systems (e.g. AMD Athlon 1000) a slowdown of 200 is insufficient, the emulated CPC seems to be twice as fast as the original CPC. The patch extends the calibration limit to 2000 which should be enough for quite a while...
