Concurrent CP/M-86 Memory Parameter Blocks

The format of an MPB is:

        DEFW        start   ;If nonzero, segment at which memory should be 
                            ;allocated. If zero, allocate address automatically.
        DEFW        min     ;Minimum number of paragraphs to allocate
        DEFW        max     ;Maximum number of paragraphs to allocate
        DEFW        0,0     ;Used internally
